At Gilmore Metalsmithing Studio and Forging Atelier each project presents the opportunity for a unique artistic design. Working with our clients, custom designs are created, fitting their space and budget.
We work with architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners in the design process. Careful attention to detail is paramount with each commission.
Whether forging custom fireplace doors, railings, furniture, or hardware we use the highest quality materials available. We work with a variety of materials, including mild and stainless steel, bronze, Monel, copper and brass.
It is our goal to use recycled and regionally produced materials whenever possible and recycle our scrap. In 2015, approximately 90% of the material we used was from recycled resources.
We travel anywhere our projects require and in the past 15 years we have worked in Atlanta, Georgia, Greenwich, Connecticut, Jackson Hole, Wyoming at the Crescent H Ranch, Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club, Three Creek Ranch, Teton Village, and in Big Sky, Montana at The Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks, and Moonlight Basin. A few of our project locations in 2015 include: Lander, Wyoming, Cheshire, Connecticut, Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Whitefish, Montana.
